FIMH is being designed around data minimization, owner-controlled access, consent records, suppression lists, audit trails and protected storage. Personal data must not be used for marketing without an appropriate legal basis and recorded consent where required.

This development notice is not the final production privacy policy. A jurisdiction-specific policy and data-processing documentation must be approved before public release.
